Ganesha, music, my daughter, music, meditation, store aisles full of colored things (ie - paint section of hardware stores, the make-up aisle in drugstores, etc...), Jagganatha, music, being alone, art, the universe, music, flowers, old condemned buildings, music, death, hallucinogens(at least my memories of *sigh*), enlightened people...i think that's it, nothing more, well maybe music ;)
Thank you so much for doing this! I have been a bit distracted and down lately and this is just what I needed to help put things back into perspective!

Hopefully this link works had to type it in if not just go to main page and you will see it :)
I am inspired by: coffee, more coffee ;), coloring outside the lines, laughing with my friends, sitting with my friends in the silence of quiet moments, writing, reading good writing, feeling connected to this wonderful Universe, music, my pets, family members, my own moments of solitude.
Jo, Thanks!!!! I too and really inspired by coffee... stayed tuned for a tutorial on a cool shirt making technique that I have featured before but will feature again with more detail (including some cool new tricks that I have figured out!). The reason that I mention it is that my t-shirt image is an original coffee drawing of mine! ;) ~christina
What inspires me? My 3 yr old niece - she is such a free spirit. she just loves to color, draw, paint, use sidewalk chalk (likes drawing body outlines), plays make believe. I wish I could see the world through her eyes again. Such innocence, such wonder.
Mom and my sister - two very creative women. They can truly make something creative out of next to nothing. I'm trying to follow their lead. Somtimes I think the creative gene missed me then I look at my school projects and realize maybe it's just hiding.
From pen to paint: the eclectic stylings of artist Sheamus Burns {Check out his current project. It's awesome and #12 is OURS!}

Working in a cubicle by day... a crafter / artist / mommy by night I have always felt the need to create and share my creations with others.
Artists are everywhere I look. They are my neighbors, they live under the same roof with me and give me goodnight kisses. My mother is a great artist. Artists are my "business partners". Some folks are artists and I don't even know it, some are artists and THEY don't even know it. Some even make me cupcakes! BUT... I don't always get to see the art behind the daily artist.
